Shortly after placing your order and receiving your kit, you will be able to start recording, editing, and transferring cassette tapes, records, 8-tracks, and any other audio source you own into your very own custom made CDs. This audio transfer system/kit is not only relatively simple to set up and use, but is literally PACKED with dozens of features! By simply using whatever audio equipment you already own (Cassette Tape Players, Record Players, 8-Track Tape Player, Handheld Cassette and CD Players, Microcassette Players, Keyboards, Stand-Alone Microphone etc.. the list goes on and on) you will be able to transfer your own home-made cassette tapes AND commercially made tapes, PLUS: all record types, 8-track tapes, portable recording devices and anything else that has audio... both into mono or stereo. Plug in a microphone and you can even record your own voice to be put onto CD (great for oral family histories and interviews)! If you have 2 computers (laptop-desktop-doesn't matter) you can even record audio from YouTube or any other internet audio source. Including songs, concerts, sermons, speeches, stories, sound effects and anything else you can think of. If it can play through your computer speakers... you can record it, make CDs, or anything you'd like. You are also able to use your created CDs to load into itunes for use with your IPOD !! (Sorry this system will NOT work with MAC computers) This complete system is NOT a download as are many "Do-It-Yourself" kits. Your kit includes (1) A software recording/editing CD (2) A 6 foot long RCA Ministereo cable (3) A 6 foot long M/M Ministereo adapter cable, and (4) A Handy Quick-Start Guide that will get you recording and making CDs pretty fast, without having to learn all capabilities of the program. The only other items you'll need with this kit is your own tape player (or any other type of audio device)
