Great gift for bird watchers.
These bird nest are amazing looking. I've only had them for like two months tops. And I havent seen a single bird explore them. I didnt use the red ribbon and cotton to fill it up. I figure if a birds arw going to use them they'll fill in with whatever they can find. They are surprisingly bigger than I thought. They can make a nice gift for any bird watchers out there.

VERY TINY AND SECURELY MADE
Well I can't speak for the hummer, as they have left for warmer grounds, but they are adorable and look to be made for hummers, we will have to wait til next spring to see if they use them, that's the true test

Cute but needs to be sturdier
I tied the top together with floral tape so I could attach the hook and hang it. The red ribbon did not stay in place so I wove it into the reeds.

Cute, well made with soft nesting material
Received as a gift from my wishlist....came packaged nicely. They seem super sturdy and bigger than I imagined....if the hummers don’t like these, I’ve seen some golden house finches interested 😁. Overall good product, and I’d recommend. Happy Holidays!

Very Cute. Made Some Hanging Modifications.
The media could not be loaded. I ordered two packages of three each inside. One of them was not a viable option because the bottom had large holes in it so I wasn't able to use it. I have five other ones though and I put some of the cotton that comes with it inside but not too much so the little babies don't fall out and they can sit toward the bottom. It's a good enough to make them comfortable with the mom.I wanted to put them in a more shaded area because it gets so hot in the desert in Southern California, so I did not use the hooks that came inside each one. Instead I put a tie wrap around the top twig area with the string for added sturdiness in case it starts to come apart, and then I put another tie wrap around that loop that I closed down tight enough on the twig and string area to make the hanging loop. This way I could hang it on the plastic patio light hooks and now it won't blow around in the high winds here like it would have if it were hanging from the string. We have also had a doggone rat problem here for 10 years in So Cal and the rats cannot crawl up the Alumawood patio cover to get to them. Then I put the single-user feeders next to them so the mothers didn't have to fight for feeders that I have in my yard.Hopefully I will get some hummingbird moms, and if I see them go in there I will unscrew the bulbs part way in those particular sockets so they can sleep at night since I usually have the lights on.It took me about an hour to modify everything and hang the five of them, so we will see how it goes. These are pretty cute. I just hope they withstand the test of summer here. Hummingbirds will come back to the same exact spot the next year to have their babies, so hopefully I'll get some nstimg. But most of them stay here all winter because I feed them all year round. I taken the food in every night when it's cold in the desert and I put it out before the sun comes up all fall and winter long when it falls below 40° at night.Praying foe some mama's and baby hummers!
