My old HP laptop died. It didn't even have enough power to turn on while plugged in. The battery was old and it was definitely time to replace it. I use my computer to work from home on occasion. I finally had to break down and buy a new one. I was so relieved when I was able to find one on Amazon, on Prime and less than $30. I changed out my battery and charged it immediately (I am not even sure I needed to charge it out of the box, but old habits). It is so nice not to be tied down by wires and my computer is working better than it has in years. I forgot what its like to not be tied to a cord. I will definitely order this again in the future, if needed.

It's a battery. It's gonna take a few months or so to really see if this was worth the money. But for now, it installed easily and it's holding a charge. That's all I can ask for now.

This was a replacement battery, and I did not write a review for a couple months to make sure it would be a good purchase first. It has worked just fine.

Very pleased with this item. I have been using it for 2-3 weeks and it was been working great. Not even any explosions or fires.The only hiccup was the first time I plugged it in and came up after the first boot -- my machine spontaneously hard-crashed after it had been running for only five minutes or so. It has worked flawlessly ever since, and I've run my machine offline for at least an hour pretty much day since getting it. May buy a second one.

I ordered this replacement battery for my HP envy 15 laptop which is like 5 years old. It looked a little different from the picture but fitted my laptop perfectly. I have been using it for a little more than 3 months now and it has been running smoothly. The battery lasts for at least 2.5+ hours (tested till around 35-40% charge). The price is reasonable and I am happy with the purchase.

I've been without a battery that can keep it's charged for a few years. Now that I have one, I'm free to roam about the house or go to the coffee shop without needed to lug my bulky power supply. Great product. Gives me about 4 hours of battery life.

After trying with no luck, to get a replacement battery from HP, I went with this one. It came packaged well and on time. Quick installation and it fit perfectly! I kind of wondered whether it would fit but the description said it would fit my HP laptop - relieved!
