Are there lower cost envelopes? Yes Are there higher quality envelopes? Yes, these are obviously not premium envelopes Then why are these my envelopes of choice? Because these meet my standards of "good enough" at the lowest price possible. My use case is selling and mailing trading cards, by the way. These have all the features that I value at a cost that is currently less than $0.04 per envelope ($18.99 for 500). For my use case, self-sealing so that I don't have to lick, some type of security tint, and high enough quality paper so that I don't have to worry about damage are the most important features. Yes, there are things that can absolutely be better. So if you are looking for the absolute best envelopes, these are not for you. But my point is that these are good enough for most general use cases. I have yet to find something lower in cost that meets my standards, and anything higher quality than these is not necessary for most cases. Some examples of things that can be better: The security tint looks rather cheap but still gets the job done. The adhesive is not the strongest and the strip is not quite long enough to cover the entire flap, so there's always a small chance that the flap can get caught somewhere in the sorting machines and take the envelope apart. If I am sending something more valuable than usual, I'll sometimes tape down the edges of the flaps for peace of mind. With that being said, I haven't had a problem without taping down the edges.

Very good envelopes. The paper is resistant, the adhesive sticks perfectly and does not come off over time. They are ideal for sending documents or letters without worrying about the security of the content. They come well packaged and in the exact quantity. Excellent value for money!

Excellent product, highly recommended 10 out of 10. Easy to close thanks to a sticker that can be removed when sealing.

The envelopes are good quality and I love how you just peel and adhesive is perfect. Thick enough to be security envelopes and the price is the best.

This #10 Envelopes are perfect for my writing business, offering a professional look and reliable security tint to protect sensitive mail. My only complaint is that the box arrived slightly damaged, and I do wish the packaging was a little more robust for shipping.
