Great product, even if it's in the pricy side! Key differentiating feature of this crepe maker from the other online crepe machines (based in my thorough research) is that us has no edge around! Which means no messy batter drip onto the hot base and the ease of quickly cleaning up the griddle surface before you make the next crepe, just like the pro-crepe maker. Two other important features are the funnel-shaped base and two handles on the sides, for ease of lifting it up and winding up the cord underneath the base. Having lived in Europe and Asia, our family loves Fench crepes and Chinese crepes (called Jianbing) and Chinese tortilla, each of which requires a different kind of batter but the same kind of no-edge cooking surface and a spreader. I've used it to make all three with great success! Temperature control is good, although a bit slower in sustaining the high heat than what I was looking for but it's good enough for a beginner so that you can spread it evenly withou letting the batter dry up too quickly. I didn't use it for US pancakes as I already have a electric griddle just for that purpose already. But I'm sure you can use it for that as well. I highly recommend it if you love International cuisine or love to expand your culinary repertoire.

It’s works like a charm! It’s wonderful that the heat is adjustable. Happy to have a quicker way to make crepes for my kids and grandkids!

Takes a while to heat, but once it does, it’s really great. Do not hesitate to use the handles to move the batter around. Also, remember to undercook your crêpe versus overcook. Overcooking will make it to crispy and hard to roll. Good product

I've had this pan now for about 2 years. It has faithfully made Sunday morning crepes for my family.I love the handles. I don't use the little T shaped spreader - with the handles, I just pour the batter in the middle, grab the handles and slosh it around.The top is not heavy, and so the temperature is not quite even. There is a brown ring on each crepe where the heating element is. But it's good enough, and a heavier top would make it harder to store.The nonstick coating performs well - as long as there's some oil or butter in the batter, I don't need to oil the top. A quick wipe with a paper towel at the end of the cook makes it ready for storage. After 2 years,it still looks brand new.I use the "Savoury Crepe" recipe in the instruction book. But I jazz it up a little with a tablespoon of sugar and a half teaspoon of vanilla extract. I set the crepe maker to its maximum temp, let it warm up completely ( the green light goes on ) pour a dollop of batter right in the middle and slosh it around with the handles. The recipe calls for 2 minutes on one side, and a half minute on the other. My timer doesn't do half minutes, so I just do a full minute on the backside - turns out fine. I use two plastic spatulas toflip it.All in all, this has been one of my better Amazon purchases.

ITS A VERY GOOD SIZE. HEATS UP EVENLY BUT SHOULD Maintain THE HEAT SO COOKING TAKES PLACE EVENLY & MORE QUICKLY.THIS WAS THE 2ND USAGE.BUT WHEN USED AGAIN IT WORKED PERFECTLY ON FULL HEAT.A GOOD PRODUCT.

This crepe maker is easy to use. It is light weight and I like that because I can pic k it up by the two lower handles that do not get hot and I can tilt it to swirl my batter for swedish pancakes. I have not mastered that T stick tospread the batter but that will take some practice. It is easy to clean and easy to store. i really like it. Glad I boughtit. Came very quickly.
