We're trying to stop killing sea turtles
I'm moving away from single-use plastic so I ordered these. I'm glad I did because they're great. They are thicker than a traditional plastic zipper bag so they can take up more space in a lunchbox. But, they don't leak, they don't rip or tear, they can go in the freezer and whatever is inside doesn't get freezer burn. The only downside is cleaning them. Washing is easy (I've only handwashed them), but drying them is a little challenging. They need to stay open to dry, but, just like plastic bags, want to stick together when wet. I don't hand-dry anything, so my solution was to buy a rack for holding file folders (like several upside-down u-shaped metal pieces attached at the bottom to a base). Because the rack has fairly wide holders, I can slip the bags upside-down over them and they stay open while any water drips out and they air-dry. My set came with quite a few pieces, in 3 different sizes. They've held up nicely and work really well.

Great Product
I love these reusable bags. They are made of cellulose instead of plastic. They are naturally BPA free. They are thick enough to provide excellent protection for food and this also makes them easy to wash. This set has the perfect sizes for me.

Closure Issue: Pro Tip!
They work as intended and are usable. However, as others have discovered, they can be difficult to seal... especially, after washing and drying. PRO TIP: If you apply any type cooking oil to the closure seal grooves, you won't have an issue closing the bags. Yeah, it's an added step that can be a drag on the closure process, but, it does make the bags usable and removes the frustration of not being able to seal the bags.

Cost effective
Nice and sturdy. So easy to clean. This is great as I get rid of most of my plastic containers. Cost effective as I do not buy disposable plastic zip bags anymore

Saving alot of money
We been using these back for 2 weeks before we bought a 2nd pack because we loved them so much. You don't worry about running out of bags, the cost of single use plastic bags, etc. Its environmental friendly. Great food storage, we have used them in out deep freezer and they have held up like a champ from meats to vegetables also good for small amounts of liquids. We store onion juice and freeze standing up and holds good. Decend thickness. Easy to use and easy to cclean. Highly recommend.

Find a better design
Had these for 2 years now. I wouldn’t recommend them. Since I already own them, I use them but they’re high maintenance. You can only hand wash them (on the bags themselves it says hand wash only) which wouldn’t be so bad if you also didn’t have to hand dry them. Because they are flat, they do not air dry inside unless you have a way of propping them open. Also, because they are a flat design and not flared at the bottom like the gallon ziplock bags, you cannot fit as much in them. In order for them to close and be airtight, you have to put either only flat items or put less than you think would fit because otherwise they won’t close. They are a thicker material (not as flexible) so you cannot get as much air out of them which means if you want to freeze food in them, make sure not to store in your freezer for months because the food will get freezer burn. Not a big deal but thought I should mention. Overall, they’re pretty durable but they’re a pain to maintain so I use them with caution.

Way Better Than Disposable
They freeze well and hold a variety of things. Easy to clean and easy to zip closed.

Such a great idea to save the world from more plastic
These are so great - so happy to be able to stop using zip lock bags for everything, as they'll eventually end up in a landfill somewhere. These are very well made - anxious to see how they wash out and reuse
