It’s was easy

I purchased it for patio umbrella. After having it the umbrella for a little over a year it will no longer function properly. Submitted the claim with receipt and pics. In less than 24 hours my claim was approved and I was reimbursed my full purchase price.

We purchased a pop up canopy for our patio. When trying to put it away for the season the fabric ripped. Filed a claim and it was approved within 5 hours. New canopy will be ordered when the check is recieved in 5 business days.

I was very happy with the recent transaction. The process was quick, easy, and efficient. Will definitely invest in this for all of my future products and purchases to protect them.

I added this protection for a carport that completely shredded the first windy rainy day. They denied the claim because it was due to the weather, really!!!!!!

I am glad that I brought insurance when I purchased my outdoor gazebo/tent. I only utilized it couple of times and the brackets broke. I filed a claim and received a full refund with Allstate.

The website could use some help. I was unable to complete the claim online, had to email support to finish the claim. Other then that, it went well.

Every time I have had to make a claim they have been so easy to work with. I would definitely recommend getting the warranty! You won't regret it.
