Really good quality for the price! No issues yet and used a dozen or so times. Useful booklet with some good basic exercises in.

The bands have no distinct value in resistance terms allocated to each, so it is a matter of choosing one and then deciding if you want more or less resistance - makes it difficult to plan a proper workout

narrow handles for large hands.
These seem OK quality.They are a little short for my tall stature.The handles are too narrow to be comfortable for my large hands as they rub when working out.overall for the price they are ok.

Not expensive but my soft bar handle is cracking up - after barely 3-4 days of light-medium workout
The soft bar handles are made of plastic, which is fine. But i was not expecting them to crack up open. So I cannot use this anymore and I won't complain if there is a way to order just the handles again.
