Like many seniors, my more relaxed lifestyle has resulted in reduced flexibility and hence poor posture. I decided to try these to help as they were simple, cheap and took up little space. There are plenty of video workouts on the internet to motivate you and show you how to use them correctly. I found a nice 15 minute one by Vive that is just for beginners. I use it everyday and feel much improvement, and the various strength bands gives me the opportunity for progression. A few things to consider, in my opinion these are not really for prospective body builders although there are quite strong bands in the set. Importantly technique is the key to getting the best from them - follow the video carefully and start on the very light band to master the technique first before moving up through the bands if you want.

The bands came quickly and are contained in a small mesh bag. They are normally used for physical therapy but I use them for yoga instead of a strap, I find them to be of great use for core work and shoulder work. Good quality.

The resistant loops are strong and it is so nice not to have to worry about a tying a knot in a resistant strip.I put the loop above my knees to do a clamshell stretch for my bursitis in my hip and it is helping.

Now I can do my leg exercises handily. I no longer have to tie a stretchy band in order to attach it to something to do my leg exercises, but just slip the band around the leg of a sturdy chair.

I bought it after reading the reviews. These are not resistance at all, and I used the medium one. It was so lose there wasn’t any resistance to it. It also rolls up when you use it. I’m not sure how the other reviews are legit. I’m returning this. This set is worse than another set I have, it gives no durability. Also I feel like when I use it it’s about to break and there’s also teeth marks on them. It’s bizarre. But don’t buy this brand
