I'm very pleased with my new sideboard :) Initially and after reading the reviews I wasn't completely sure if this would be a good quality purchase as many mentioned stability issues etc. However, I definitely can't speak to those. The sideboard came quickly and I built it the same day. In total it took me building it on my own roughly 2 hours while watching some series that kept me distracted at times. Everything is clearly labeled and the instructions are clear. Some holes aren't predrilled and I initially thought "oh no" but those that weren't predrilled were actually no needed to be as the others were and the wood is soft enough for you to just get the screws in really.I had no issues with stability or whatsoever. It's also a heavy sideboard, so I carried the parts separately upstairs. Yes, the wood is in the softer side, but I really don't mind. It looks gorgeous and works. For the price (I paid 129 quid) I wouldn't have gotten anything even remotely as good as this :) maybe I was lucky and got a good batch, but really really pleased!

Bought these as sideboards for the study and currently used to hold a printer and record player. The drawers and cupboards are being used for all tools (allowing me to free up cupboard space in the utility room) so the units are capable of holding a fair amount of weight.Instructions were easy to followOne issue was once they were built they wobbled back and forwards like weebles. This was due to the supporting leg (piece of wood) in the middle of the units being too long. They were easily removed and shortened (using a saw) and once refitted the units are rock solidVery happy with these sideboards, add a touch of style to the old boring study

The tv unit is absolutely lovely week made very steady and easy to put together but the delivery service was very bad. Constantly changing delivery schedules dates made me waiting for it and then just decided to move it to the next day and end of it not even delivered it in the time slot was given to me in the morning… lots to complain about. That was very stressful I was thinking to get more from the same range but I am not sure I will be able to cope with that again Amazon please change your logistic service for more reliable one

Super easy to put together and I was surprised at the quality of the wood - its real wood - not that faux wood/strange cardboard-ey concoction that you can sometimes find with cheaper furniture. The handles and hairpin legs really do set it off and for the money you really can't go wrong. I do worry that if it had something greasy put on it (I have teenagers - this can happen at ANY TIME !) then I'd think the stains would be difficult to remove as it doesn't appear to have a sturdy varnish/waxing top cover but that said I'm absolutely delighted and it give us the storage we need in the hallway. Highly recommended. Delighted with this purchase.

Not the simplest assembly but once done it looks amazing. It is solid wood and the stain is a really lovely mid tone brown. I changed the handles to gold metal ones instead of the plastic black ones. There are markings on the wood to assist with the placement of screws but they are not very obvious (literally just a tiny dot). The drawer pull is old fashioning and not that smooth though.

Some of the parts didn't fit properly. Kept having issues with fitting one Sid of the door

Unfortunately it arrived damaged. Once it was fully built and we were trying to get the drawers in we realised that the centre section was faulty and had been made upside down, so the drawers and doors wouldn’t sit right. It could be a lovely unit if it wasn’t for these issues! No option to raise the issue again with Amazon as I had already raised that it arrived damaged. Also, Amazon sign post to Home Source for issues but they got back to me stating they are a US company and do not ship to the UK… all very strange!

So pleased with this. Great price, solid wood, looks great and a brilliant size too.I was sceptical because of the price, and wouldn't normally purchase furniture on Amazon, but it's brilliant.Easy instructions for building, feels solid, the finish is lovely, but I was worried that it felt a bit soft to touch, so likely to scratch, I bought a glass look perspex top to make sure it lasts much longer and I'm really pleased with how it looks.
