5040 Ergo Kneel Handy Mat I 8" x 16" x 1" , Black

My husband has used the larger version of this same item, but I purchased this thinking I would use this for myself and keep it in the house and maybe use when gardening as well. My husband uses the larger one while working construction and loves it!After comparing both sizes, my recommendation would be to spend the money and get the larger size. Unless you are working in a really confined area (and even then I don't see why you couldn't use the larger size), I would go larger. The larger one gives you a bit more flexibility to move a bit while on your knees.The product itself is the best on the market according to my husband who has used knee pads some 40+ years while working construction. He only wishes he had discovered this particular one sooner. Well worth every penny. This one works and it will last.

Nice size and super handy to keep around to save wear and tear on the knees. After 20+ years in the construction business I wish I started using these a long time ago. I keep one in the truck and one next to my pellet stove in the house to use during it's weekly cleanings. These are well made...tough, thick enough to not feel rocks and debris under it, and are durable. They spring right back into shape and do not leave imprints and/or depressions. Only problem is that when using it in the yard one of my dogs steals it like a ninja because she loves to chew on it.

Product is good. Thickness and durability are fine. It is a little short for a full size man - 6'-1" 215 lb. When giving your boys a little room while kneeling, one knee always falls into the handle, at least that is my experience. I wish it were three inches longer or else wish the handle were in the middle of the long side instead of the short side.

I was given a sample at a trade show last year and used it a few times when nothing else was available at work. I was impressed.When you are kneeling on a concrete floor fixing a machine, nothing else will do for me.I will never buy any other brand as long as this company is in business....Very satisfied to say the least!👍

I use this pad while pulling weeds and gardening. I have used it on cobbled sidewalks, on pebbled walkways, on top of mulch, etc., and my knees are perfectly comfortable while kneeling on it for long periods of time. It is exactly what I was looking for and I would highly recommend it. I think it will be extremely durable, too.

Great product to use in a garage. you can kneel on it without pain and even lay on it while working under the hood of a car. Would recommend a larger size for more comfort and ease of use but this one works perfectly fine.

I was suggested this mat by a coworker and I'm so glad we had that conversation. This mat is absolutely wonderful. I don't have the best knees and when I need to get down on my knees, whether it's to find something I dropped, rack a car or anything of the such, this makes it easier and less painful.Kneeling on a cement floor for a few minutes is extremely hard regardless if your knees are bad. This mat makes it a joy to get down on them and makes it painless to do your job. It also helps to get up off the floor. My knees no longer hurt after a long day and this Ercokneel mat is why. My coworker has had his for over 3 years and it's still as comfortable as mine. I was specifically suggested this matter, as others do not do as good as a job. He paid $30 years ago, and I paid half. I would pay the 30 in a heartbeat, this mat is that great! Unbelievable value and very much suggested for those who are on their hands and knees all day.

I’m in my mid 30s and after years of football and working in maintenance/ skilled trades, my knees have taken a beating. This pad does wonders to prevent swelling.The only drawback is that I’m a fairly “fluffy” guy (265lbs) and it’s barely wide enough to kneel on. Cushioning is fantastic though and has held up well to the elements and even pool chemicals.

I ordered this item for my husband who is a car technician. He just loves it as he has a knee condition.
