Excellent service
This company truly knows the meaning of Customer Service and standing behind their motto of: "If for any reason you aren't satisfied or unable to use our product we will attempt to send you an alternative or refund your money if all else fails". I'm sure we've all heard or read those statements from other manufacturers but were unfortunately disappointed. FASTINK is the real thing and hears why: I purchased cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. They arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. Unfortunately, HP kept doing updates that stopped me from using any substitute cardridges. I tried several alertatives to no avail. FASTLINK responded to my concerns and correspondence but a solution was not to be found so GUESS WHAT - they "REFUNDED" my cost in full. NOW THAT'S A COMPANY THAT DESERVES RESPECT.

Doesn't work
Installed in HP6950. All cartridges worked initially, After 10 pages, yellow cartridge no longer prints. Printer status shows it has ink but it won't leave a mark on the paper. Tried to clean print heads but still not working. Disappointed.EDIT: 12/23/20 - now magenta cartridge also does not work even though it has ink. So I print about 10 pages and 2 cartridges are duds. Wasted my money.

Printer Blocked Cartridge
I purchased the FastInk HP Compatible Ink Cartridges from Amazon in February 2022 but just now need to replace one of them When I loaded the yellow cartridge, I got a message that the printer had blocked the cartridge due to having a non HP chip. The description for this product listed my HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 as compatible. The only contact information for FastInk in the package was an email address for ordering additional cartridges. I sent a message to this address a few days ago asking for assistance but have not received a response. Amazon gave me a phone number to call but it was to the wrong company.

Works great
Works with my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer. Colors look the exact same as from HP, but is ALOT cheaper. Definitely will buy from again.Thanks!
