Now the raw coconut water has ins 234 bio preservative, which was not the case earlier. why changed?

We have added bio preservative to keep the product quality and freshness intact during it's shelf life.

Won't cold pressed juices get spoiled if it's stored without refrigeration for few hours? How are these bottles shipped?

These juices typically only need to be refrigerated after they are opened. I believe that is the case cause I receive them room temperature. As long as I don't break the seal, it can be stored out but once open, yes, it has to be refrigerated rightaway. At least that is my experience.
