Sina Ginger Candy ting Ting Jahe (Original) - 4.4oz (Pack of 8) -CL

I was recently introduced to this brand of ginger gummy candies from a waitress friend who swears by them - and ever since, I've been addicted to them.Not only are they great breath fresheners, but you can really feel the "tang" from the ginger inside them. It's not subtle and yet it's also not too overwhelming nor too pungent. (I'm tired of "ginger flavored" foods which have little to no ginger in them - or worse - they're artificially flavored to mimic ginger, especially soft drinks.)My only gripe with these candies is each is individually wrapped in foil packaging that is so tough - that I'm not kidding, you'll spend more time trying to free these candies from their wrappers - than eating them. You'll need strong fingers, teeth and even scissors to unwrap each individual candy, which turns out to be way more labor intensive taking the wrapper off a Ricola cough drop.I thought I could "save time" by trying the following hack. I individually UNWRAPPED every single one of these candies - and put them back in the bigger bag they came in.Well, surprise! They're individually wrapped and have a light coating of powdered sugar on 'em for a reason. (Don't try this at home.) If you throw them together unwrapped - the individual candies will find each other and will eventually stick together and turn into a giant "GLOB." (See picture.) The result was still good - but it was like pulling taffy. Tasted great but I think I downed seven candies that felt soldered together into one glob. Not gonna do that again.This product still gets five stars but don't bother buying just one or two bags. I bought eight (8) of them and these candies are now a permanent fixture on my desk. (It's impossible to eat just one.) However because they're so difficult to unwrap - controlling portion size won't be a problem. After unwrapping and eating 3-4 of them, I'm kind of done for the day. Big fingers can't take it.

These are so delicious and down right addictive!

This candy is quite delicious and flavor is not overbearing if you like a little spice. It helps with my indigestion and reflux effect after certain foods I eat. I will be buying again. Kinda addicted to these.

This product has the perfect balance of ginger and sweetness. It soothes my stomach when I need that.

My daughter gave me a bag and I loved it so much that I bought eight more bags
