I revived the phone but it's result damaged because the battery never charged for complete and the 5th day of using not recognize the sim card from T-Mobile. But is easy to use, I like it.

Owned this phone for about two months. Takes a decade to turn on and when it FINALLY boots up it can only handle one open app at a time without freezing up... doesn't handle games well. Touch screen and gesture features are improperly calibrated and frequently close or open things you didnt tell it to. 2 months in to the headache the phone died while I was using it (put it directly from the box to a protective case and screen protector never dropped, set in liquid, or damaged in anyway) Contacted the manufacturer for replacement, and after waiting almost two weeks for a response, I was finally told they would only honor the warranty if i paid to ship to phone to their engineers in china. Lets be real, its an $80 phone, the cost of paying to ship it OVERSEAS would be at least half the cost of the phone. And then waiting who knows how long for a replacement - it's just not worth it. Thankfully Amazon is awesome and issued a refund even though i had passed their return window. I hope they stop selling for these scammers. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!

Not a bad android phone

Purchase this phone for my mother she’s an elderly woman was having problems she didn’t quite know how to use Monday phone so I got her a flip phone and the flip wrong was not good did you pick up reception missed calls went straight to voicemail after three purchases and Amazons great return policy we finally found a phone which worked she could use was easy every 3G as “speed for good speed for Internet access only thing I don’t like is you have to swipe to the left to back out of any kind of page or any app

It was a nice phone the only problem was getting this phone to keep reading my SIM card..one min my phone was working then stopped working out of the blue…but not a bad phone at all very nice

Phone often does actions not requested by the user. If am on a zoom or voice call it starts to pop under apps open like Facebook and Twitter then becomes frozen when I try to close the pop up apps.

I purchased this phone for my 9 yr old daughter, and she loves her new phone! She really loves the color. It’s easy for her to use, a nice size for her, and it works great!!!

Slow system, going to boot mode and not coming out. Have to wait until battery drain out completely and have to restart, then some times it works. Won’t work 3G + higher networks.Tough to use internet, signal strengths are low. Everything is slow and low…! No use of this phone.
