Works best for great icings
Super easy to work with and adds a nice gloss to the icings. Was told that white corn syrup would work as well and it is ok but for best results use the glucose syrup.

Great for ice cream

Good product; bad packaging
The glucose is great. I use it for ice cream making, and it serves the purpose I bought it for. The only issue (and why I took off a star) is the packaging. The lid of the jar is next to impossible to ever put on securely once it’s opened. I don’t know what exactly the problem is — I suspect a crappy threading on the lid or jar — but It’s so dodgy that I have to be careful to store the jar on a shelf away from everything else, so that it doesn’t get jostled and spill.
