My First Book About Genetics (Dover Science for Kids Coloring Books)

The title makes it sound a bit like a book for very young children but it's actually quite comprehensive and detailed. I was apprehensive about whether it would be suitable for my 15 year old nephew who is aiming to study biology at a-level. It got his stamp of approval. I bought it for about £5 which is very good value for what it offers.

Excellent resource for higher learning STEM

My kids use these as a supplement to their science curriculum. They love seeing an overview of different specialty subjects and it helps me know what they are interested in so we can dive deeper into whatever they want to learn more about.

I learned so much from this book while doing a unit study with my girls. I highly recommend this book to homeschool families or parents/grandparents wanting to learn alongside their kiddos. It’s filled with such good/relevant information! My kids are 9 and 12, but even at 41 I learned a lot!
