I bought this for my old mother-in-law, but she could hardly open the pill box. She has slightly curved fingers (this is common for old people), and this makes her difficult to open the pill case. I do not think that it is a good design for old people. Also, I bought a new item, but some printing on the case was already faded as if it was a used item.

I purchased this pill organizer to replace an identical item that I bought in 2003 +/- because one (1) of the hinges broke. The day/time marks are long gone, but they are totally unnecessary. Each box holds many pills and capsules, including the extra large fish oil. I like the tight latches because they don't pop open in your bag or if you drop the rack in the floor. It's especially great for traveling because the entire thing slides neatly into a brief case, computer bag, or backpack. Pull out individual racks for the day. It's easy to see when you've missed your meds. I'd give it 10 ⭐️ if possible.

The individual boxes in the organizer are difficult to get open, and the daily boxes don't come out very easily. This will probably improve with additional use.

The overall box size fit nicely in my kitchen however, I struggle and fight every day trying to open them. I would not recommend this pill holder to an elderly person - just too difficult to fight with.

Very difficult to open the individual boxes and I’m 26. The days aren’t the easiest to pop out. The compartments are awkwardly big, but I still can’t fit all my morning supplements into the morning compartment (7 pills). There were several days/times that were improperly printed on the plastic. Not a huge deal for me, but if an elderly person was using this I could see that being a problem. Also I hate the bug goofy logo at the bottom. I tried to cover it with a label but it’s way too big

My wife likes it a lot but sometimes gets frustrated that it is somewhat hard to open. Go figure, that's why she wanted it so the pills don't fall out.
