Good for the money.
I found the tool very good for DIY use. THIS IS NOT FOR GARAGE USE. When new one battery would not charge, this was replaced no problem, however the other original battery will not hold a charge and goes flat in two days, not connected to the tool. The first replacement battery is OK. I think I will replace the cells. Other wise the tool is very good.

Surprisingly useful - decent customer service
Bought this to help with car mechanical work - very handy and speeds up jobs. Not a lot of torque on the motor, but very useful to spin bolts, and makes light work of a lot of that boring back-and-forth with traditional ratchets. I had one of the two batteries blow up so far - contacted seller and has sent another one, which seems to be working - so far - hope they don't all pop off. it almost takes the 12v (older style) Makita batteries - they fit in the handle but the connectors don't line up - might try to mod it to use the (much better quality!) Makita battery and chargers I have. Pleased with it so far (with the replacement battery - and as long as it continues to work, I'm happy!)

Good so far.
Purchased back in Nov. 2020 and used it a few times for car d.i.y. work.For the price and compared to what can be paid, this is very good. Really good battery life and a spare included.Some handy sized metric sockets included too.I would have paid a bit more for a storage case, non included. It's either on or off in each direction, no variable speed. Not an issue considering the price.Not bad at all.
