Well built modern design
These fixtures were a real surprise to find, I was looking for something that was modern with a shade that wasn't clear glass and didn't cost a fortune. Our local stores sell these but they're online order only and never on display. So ordering it here was the way to go.Overall the fixture is well built, nothing rattles or feels cheap to the touch. The metal "cage" is a completely solid piece with the inner shade attached to the socket as a normal lamp would. The shade is a firm fabric, it's not going to flex or bend easily. Lots of length to the chain and cord to customize the height of the fixture to your needs. It appears you can also completely disassemble the inner fixture if you need to repair or replace the socket itself. Since the cord is visible it's all black, and there's a marker at the end for the white/black side of the connection. One side of the cable is textured to make this easier if you cut it to length. Hanging the fixture was easy, the hard part was choosing the height I wanted as the chain is highly adjustable. I found it easiest to remove the top link and use it as a hook to raise or lower the fixture before removing the final length of chain.There are no major shadows cast by the fixture, nor any dim spots, when lit. It was also important to me that the fixture illuminate upwards and it does this just as well.Note: The Q&A section at the time of this review appears to be for the wrong product. This page is showing/selling the IPL320A01ORB9, the tall narrow pendant, and not the larger shade. The pictures and details of the product on this page are correct though.

Not a quality product
Nice product, but like anything else made in China no consistency, I bought two of this to install them in my dining room one next to the other and they do not look the same size. In addition chain links are painted and not anodized so opening the links will crack the paint, cheap quality.

Very Cute
A very cute fixture - just didn't work in the space we were thinking of. I will keep this in mind for future because I need to have this!

We have 2 Canarm Monica big lights and the smaller one for above our kitchen sink and we love them! We still need to Scotchguard them!

Love the pendant
Love the pendant! I saw a similar one for over $400. It has a coppery shine in direct light which if fine for me. It was worth every penny. Shipping was fast and looks great in my entry.
