These guys are healthy and happy after what turned out to be a very long shipping process. (By no fault of the seller) They were packed well but could have used a little extra padding for warmth this time of year.

The media could not be loaded.  These snails are AMAZING! I ordered 4 (2 for me and 2 for my niece so we can have snail play dates)They came in small cups, they were sleeping when they arrived. 2 snails woke first and they crawled on eachother waking eachother up! It was adorable (one is still asleep. Ive only had them for about 20 minutes but he is alive)The 2 that arrived together in the same cup seemed to stick together so thats how I kept them.They were immediately curious and began moving around. I did have to bathe them as they were covered in doodie (to be expected)The shipping was fast and the box was labled "FRAGILE"They also came with a small sample of calcium powder which is amazing.The instructions for waking snails was very beginner friendly and informative.I love my snails and will definitely order from this seller in the future!Remember, snails sleep during the day so dont be discouraged if your snails arent awake right away!

Packaging was amazing. Shipping arrived about a week and a half earlier than expected which was surprising but in the long run worked out fine. When I opened the cup the snails were stuck to the wall and black inside, I had thought they were dead. After asking the seller their thoughts they said they were probably in hibernation and to soak them in warm water. That’s what I did. Then they came out and were active. I highly recommend this product if your looking to get snails. Their white colors were absolutely beautiful and they’re very friendly. I also love that it comes with a free calcium sample.Thanks so much, I will be ordering again next time I want snails.

The media could not be loaded.  They both came alive, needed a little waking up so don’t just assume they’re dead just because they look that way after rinsing the one guy woke up instantly and started moving around the other needed a little time. Such fascinating creatures and I would dare say cute. Update** had to take a star away because despite any attempt of change of various foods every other day, various parasite treatments, high humidity, tried lowering it to 60-70% no change, tried various heat gradients with a thermostat and heat pad, tried using a fogger, different mosses, hell I even fed them algae powder mixed with top of the line created gecko food nothing. Mist directly on the shell and around everyday tried not spraying them directly etc. nothing I do ever seems to wake these snails up they just wake up long enough to find a spot then they don’t move until I move them *** after 8 months of being sealed in our hermit crab tank and me thinking they may have passed they woke up to breed and lay eggs and went back to sleep so at least the payed for themselves…..***

This company was extremely helpful and patient with my worries and emails. They always answered in a prompt manner and were very kind. The packaging was sturdy and exceeded my expectations. My babies are home and loving everything! They were awake when I opened the box and Basil Brown poked his head out the second I popped the lid off. He was ready to explore and eat. I highly recommend them and for anyone worrying about their travel, I live in New England and it's snowy and cold but these guys were very well taken care of and came promptly.

Well packaged and both came alive. I was so excited to meet my new babies and they are just absolutely beautiful. I have to admit i was a little worried about them being shipped in the cold winter temps but they were up and moving after I opened the lip with a little warm water they were off and moving.

The media could not be loaded.  They were awake on arrival which is fine, both healthy but a little disoriented. The packaging could have been a little thicker, to protect them or a way to keep them upright ? Otherwise, 5 stars.

It pains me to do this and leave a 1 star review but these snails are not healthy happy snails. My tank conditions are perfect for these snails but in the last 2 months since I received them, they haven’t stopped going into hibernation. They don’t wake up to eat and I’m so stressed and worried about these guys. I have other snails that are THRIVING in my care that I wild caught and I just strongly suggest doing that over buying from this seller. We have a support group online of people who are in the same boat as I am with this seller’s snails and it’s heartbreaking! Don’t do it.
