Assembly was the same as the other shelving of this type...easy. However, this package did not provide the "skinny" wrench used for tightening the wheels (no clearance for full size wrench).....Fortunately, I had saved one from other shelving I had purchased.All 8 of the posts came individually wrapped and covered in rust dust. Not too difficult to clean, but I have never seen that before. And, it may impact longevity. After I had assembled the entire rack, I noticed all the corners of the shelves themselves had rust.It was too late and too much trouble to disassemble, repackage and return.I do not recommend buying from EFINE USA.

I knew I was in trouble before I even opened the box because it sounded like a hundred little pieces loose in the box. Upon opening I was right all the bags were already open and strewn about the box. I tried to organize it and begin to assemble. Unfortunately, the plastic brackets supposed to tightly fit together to support the shelves did NOT fit together! The shelves were therefore unsturdy and dangerous. Very cheap materials. I think I received someone else’s return. Save yourself a huge hassle and DO NOT BUY this piece of cheap junk.

Overall this unit seems sturdy and has nice heavy duty casters that roll the unit easily across the floor. Like most wire shelving this unit was easy to assemble for one person and took roughly 30 minutes.The reason it gets 3 stars is because the unit had rust on all the stancions and a few of the shelves had areas where the paint had flaked off and there was minor suface rust right out of the box. I am using this as ready storage for parts and units waiting repair at my workbench so appearance is not real important. If you were to use this unit in your home or where it is in direct view it may not be suitable. Also this unit would not be suitable for food storage or prep.

We had some pressboard cabinets that serve us well for 20+ years. However, I had to move one....and it started to fall apart.We ordered these. Surprisingly they arrived in a small box. The parts were well packed and the instructions a bit better then I expected. I did find that they must have changed the design in the past. There were extra parts that looked like plastic washers. There was also an extra shelf bracket.Loading the shelves I found smaller items such as spay paint cans needed a flatter surface. However, the cardboard box worked well to provide a smooth surface.

Update: returned defective item. They charged restocking fee and are selling again. BEWARE someone may get hurt when the shelves fall. The shelf supports do NOT support shelves as holes are different sizes. This is a horrible company to buy from. They are aware but dont care.This is the worst shelving unit I have ever purchased and the most expensive. The shelves will not stay up and I hadn’t put anything on the shelf. The first shelf fell to the wheels before I even got the second shelf on. I specifically needed this size for storage area.

Easy to assemble for an unskilled grandma like myself. Perfect for organizing items in my laundry room. Feels pretty sturdy. Comes with rolling or nonrolling feet. I installed the rollers for easy movement. I've only had it a week. The shelves are holding up well with gallons of cleaning solutions as pictured. Per shelf it's suppose to hold 200 lbs. Am highly satisfied.

Really great! Even though the instruction insist to have two people, if done carefully, it is so easy to set up, one can do so alone. I did.The casters are excellent. It has good balance when laden, and moves quietly and quickly under load. I made sure I had clearance for my heaviest items on the bottom two shelves and have shorter clearances toward the top.The metal is study, the clips aren’t flimsy and clip and unclip easily to reposition the shelving. It’s very easy to adjust the shelf height while assembled; take off the shelf item, pop the shelf up off the clips and hold it up with one hand. Easily clip and reclip the plastic and slide up or down the poles to a new height and reclip. Repeat for the other three. Lower the shelf back into place. .It’s quite heavy, you will definitely need help getting it into the house. Especially if you have stairs. Once assembled, it’s got a good profile and manoeuvres well with and without a load.

Delivery was sooner than indicated. Directions are easy to follow. If you have to or want to undo something, it is easy to fix. Surprisingly sturdy. No tools are needed; but, I did use a level and a hammer (manufacturer might not approve). I used the hammer to tap lightly into place and, on occasion, to undo what I had done. My guidance is to lay out all pieces before assembling. Be very careful when screwing the extenders and the wheels on. If you aren't perfectly straight, it is a little challenging to undo. I have five, five shelf, shelfs and have ordered a sixth.
