According to CK's website, it's certified by the "Chicago Rabbinical Council". As for its explicit pareve status, I've frankly never heard of nor seen a "vegetable shortening" that contains either dairy or meat-derived ingredients (and this one certainly doesn't) so I can't imagine it could be anything else, but if you need further assurance, you should contact CK directly.
