Yes, these are the same longer pads I used to buy in a different "security" package. Very effective on a day out because of length and padding absorbtion.

Great product especially when I can get the case.
I love this brand and the pads are great. However, what I usually buy, the case, was not available. I thought I got a big bag based on the photo and ended up with 20 pads. I need to pay attention to the words.

PRICE GOUGING but great product.
I mistakenly ordered these, not realizing it was only a quantity of 20. Normally the price I paid ($7.50) is for a quantity of 56. This product is great as far as comfort and absorbancy but I would not recommend purchasing from Amazon.
