Unfortunately, this product arrived with a large scratch on the shower rod despite being well padded in a box and appearing brand new. So quality control is lackluster. It’s a beautiful set otherwise. Although I’d also say the hand towel rod should be a little shorter.

This set is a great product -- we liked the fact that it contained everything we needed to hang hand towels, bath towels, toilet paper, and robes in our new bathroom! Moreover, the fixtures are heavy-duty and very attractive.

Set screw to attached the item to the wall hanger will not tighten enough to maintain rigidity - Set screw all the way tight and bar moves with any weight at all

So much for the price, they are elegant, thought not installed yet, I like what I'm seeing thus far.

This product is honestly amazing not just for the price but quality as well super impressed I have put in a hand full of moen towel racks and this quality is up to par with that if not surpassing it. You can’t go wrong

the steel did seem to be of good quality, but I bought it based on the advertised size fo 18 inches for the towel bar - when I received it the size was a bit less than 17 3/4 so I returned it.

Very nice looking and easy to install but not very heavy duty . The hangar ones are fine and the double end ones are fine but the single attachment end ones are easily bent. Overall happy with them.

Es un producto que nunca se logró que quedar derecho siempre se tuerce es imposible que se ídem bien CI ese sistema de fijación tenemos que cambiarlos y se nos va a dañar el prólogo de colgadura porque quedaron flojos, muy difícil de instalar bien siempre queda torcido
