Decent quality, cute design, bit tricky to assemble and the swing needed some extra adjustments to work, but overall a nice set

I have 2 hamsters obviously separated as hamsters do fight and sometimes eat each other so I bought 2 on the same day in hopes they’d both come together, unfortunately 1 came today and the other is coming Wednesday however. I put the first one I got together and it’s extremely difficult and fiddly to put all of it together and one of the wheels on the seesore keeps coming off

As well as being poor quality and fiddly to put together it’s also dangerous for small animals. The loops that attach to the swing are sharp and the swing chain itself poses a risk which we learned the hard way. I wasn’t keen on using this for the above reasons but I gave in to my daughters excitement to give her hamster ‘new, fun, toys’ within days it had hurt our little hammie. I spotted that he was caught in the swing chain and hanging upside down by his foot/leg, I managed to free him but his leg was scratched and bloody and he had a limp which resulted in a visit to vets (and very upset children). Thankfully he was ok as he hadn’t been stuck for too long and so he just needed anti inflammatories. This product is not fit for purpose - don’t buy.

this was overall very good for the money, the bridge and seesaw were easy to assemble although the swing just wouldn't work, but i don't really mind as the swing was small and doesn't provide much, the wood was quite cheap but its what you would expect for the price, as a whole i'd say its pretty good

Great little items for my hamsters run area. Female hamster loved it so much she ate half the swing. Would order again

Opened package... Put all parts out... And one arch was broken... I can't believe that it wasn't noticed at source. One disappointed Mouse. 🐁On its way back.

Hamster enjoys his toys, however found it difficult to assemble the see saw as it holes were too small, but got there in the end
