I could not find this wall plate at any hardware stores and I was glad I found it here. This was not expensive and was the same quality as you’ll find for the other Leviton wall plates you’ll buy in store.

Installed a new switch so I needed a different switchplate for the outlet. This one fit the shapes I needed. I was putting it on when I noticed it was cracked from the edge to one of the screw holes. I'm not sure if the crack was there from manufacturing/shipping or if I did it although I did not treat the plate roughly at all. It's not a big deal as the plate is held on well with 5 of 6 screws but it's a bit of a bummer that it appeared without any apparent rough handling.

Leviton products have always performed well, and fit nicely for all my electrical projects, and this one is no exception.

Does what it's supposed to do. Could not find this combination at the local hardware stores.

I added timers to my outside lights and was worried about finding a cover that would work with both types of switches and this worked perfectly.

I do not know what is wrong with me but for some reason I just HAD to get all of the screws to be tight and in line and I just HAD to tighten the bottom left screw too hard and the plate immediately cracked.Product itself is just fine, but 4/5 stars because they need to start making these out of a material that cant crack so people like me cant mess things up.

A bit pricey for a piece of plastic but it isn't a common format and it is what I needed!
