Fanimation FP4320AZ1 1-Inch Belleria Fan Motor with Downrod, Aged Copper

We write this review with mixed feelings. On the one hand, Amazon Warehouse Deals has been a godsend on many occasions and we would never wish it out of existence. However, this particular product seems from other reviews to have some serious issues in quality control related not to the product itself but to the picker's ability to discern that two boxes need shipped not one. We got just the blades, and didn't realize it at first (holidays, and had bought a few other fans for a new house). Since it was a Warehouse Deals item it couldn't be fixed--no ability apparently to even call to see if the motor was still at the warehouse--and the manufacturer rightfully wanted no part of it although that's where Amazon CS sent us to seek resolution. Amazon is making it right, but we can't recommend the fan given the problems with shipping both parts. At least if you order the fan, realize things may not go as planned in getting it, and good luck to you.

I wanted a fan that gave the room a tropical feel without feeling like a tourist shack. This fan is beautiful. It gives the room a great finishing touch. Visitors almost always comment on it.

The blades were not as pictured. Then when we called to replace/return them fanimation stated they were not made any longer. Then change the picture to the correct blade colors.

We added this celing fan into our wedding registry with Amazon and have received it before our wedding. Because we were very busy with with our coming wedding and also there were presents from friends and families every day that made our storage room completely full. Therefore, we could only open the packaging boxes and roughly check if ' every part' that should be there was there!In this case, we open the celing fan box and from the box and inside, everything seemed to be fine. Furthermore, we needed to wait until our house was ready before the installation,so the box has been set in the storage for about one year.Recently,our house was ready for installation. And as we were installing the celing fan, we found out that there were no blades inside!!We called the company ' Fanimation' and their staff told us: This order has been placed by Amazon without blades, unit only! 'and showed us two model numbers: one for the unit of the blades and the other one for the blades. After we contacted Amazon and did question them how could they only order the unit when clearly in their web site is the whole celing fan( now I have to say unit plus blades celing fan??)We are very very disappointed with Amazon's reply because instead of clarifying their order mistake, what they kept on replying us is" THIS ORDER HAS BEEN ONE YEAR OLD AND WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT." and ignore our inquiry for sending us the tracking number of this shipment to prove that there were two boxes sent with two tracking number.Especially this is the wedding present from our parents and there was no way we could know how many boxes were coming to our house and ' a celing fan should be delivered in two boxes" Unit / Blades"??This situation is absolutely rediculous. Now for a celing fan of USD 352, we have to spend extra USD 135 to buy blades. So what we spend on this celing fan is totally USD 500. Can you believe this?We used to like Amazon and trusted their service but this time,this matter really disappointed us to the bottom. Our advice is: not a good choice to use Amazon as your wedding registry. And it's better to check all the wedding presents you have received if they work properly without any problem before leaving for honeymoon. In our case, only order celing fan when you are ready for installation immediately you receive it and ignore the wedding preparation and honeymoon. Because after one month, ' THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO".
