I absolutely adore this clock! I have been decorating my kitchen in a colorful 1950s-inspired style, and the candy-apple red frame looks beautiful with my turquoise cabinets, red accents, and black-and-white checkerboard floor. It adds exactly the cheerful retro personality I wanted without looking inexpensive or overly novelty-like. The 12-inch size is perfect for a kitchen wall. The white face and large black numbers are clean, easy to read from across the room, and look wonderful against the glossy red frame. I also love the curved vintage shape and the small decorative ridges along the sides. It only requires one AA battery, so setting it up was extremely simple. Most importantly, it keeps time wonderfully. The quiet, non-ticking movement is another lovely feature because there is no distracting ticking sound in the kitchen very quiet. This clock is both functional and decorative, and it has become one of my favorite pieces in my retro kitchen. The color is vibrant, the size is just right, and it brings the entire room together. I could not be happier with it.

I love the style of this clock. Most kitchen clocks dont have a second hand so this is a plus to have one. I also love the silver trim which makes it classy.

See my clock ? Isn't it cool ? W love the color. We love the vintage look. We love how easy it is to see that it is 9:31 am. These features are why we decided to purchase it a few months ago. The only drawback is that when I took this picture it was 10:15 am. I have changed the battery several times which results in it keeping the correct time for around 5 hours until another battery change is needed (obviously ridiculous - especially considering the price of batteries). No big deal - things happen. I figured I could just write to the vendor and they would honor the 1 Year Warranty that is shown in the item description. I wrote to them 3 times over the last 3 weeks to the email address shown on their website. My messages were polite and contained all of my purchase and contact information - along with screen shots of my Amazon receipt. I have not received any response from them. Truth-be-told - it's only an $18.00 clock - but, it also should work for more than a few months. To not receive a response to 3 emails is not good. So here we are... with a Buyer Beware review. Now that I've gone on here to write this - I see that there is a high-return warning on this item. Wish I had seen that before I bought it.

I bought this clock for my basement recreation room and bar area to replace the original clock that my parents had and one of my siblings took before I bought the house upon my parents' passing away in 2020. It is an unreliable cheap piece of junk because the minute and hour hands stick together at certain intervals when they cross, which completely changes the correct time. It runs on a single double A battery and I totally regret purchasing it. The clock is made of strong plastic and is light weight, which makes it very easy to hang on the wall but it stopped working properly after a year and a half. It's not like if was dropped or sustained any damage and all I did when I received the clock was set the time, add a fresh battery, and hand it on the wall. It's in the recycling bin now and will be headed to the dump on the next trash and recycling pickup day.

I bought the 12” red version. The case is a lightweight plastic, and my initial reaction when I opened the box and picked it up was “uh oh”. But when I actually mounted it on the kitchen wall I was surprised at how good it looks. UPDATE: My first purchase worked great. Battery lasted as expected with no issues. The 2nd one, a blue one, was a different story. Initially worked well but then it kept stopping. I'd change the battery and all well for another few weeks, then it stopped again. No idea what the issue is but have now reverted to the red one and will have to replace it as it no longer works with the decor. Shame - I liked the size and the look.

Well, i bought this clock in 2022 & I have to change my 1-star review to a 5-star review. I thought the clock just wouldn't keep time for BEANS!!!!! So I replaced the clock on that wall (which faced south) and put this red one temporarily on the wall above my sink (this wall faces west). And was going to get rid of it when I found a replacement. Well, lo & behold, ever since I moved this clock from the south wall to the west wall, it's been keeping time perfectly 🙈🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. GO FIGURE. I was in the same boat as others, having the clock for months before using it then finding it didn't work & then too late to return it. So I'm writing this to those who think this clock is useless--like I did. Just try putting the clock on a different facing wall (north, South, east or west). And see if your clock now works like a charm. Crazy, I know. And when I took the clock off the wall above the sink & laid it on the table near where it was before--didn't it lose time again!!!! But back on that west wall, it works fine... this has been 4 years now & the clock continues to work fine!

My retro 50's retro kitchen wall clock was knocked off the wall and broke. I was very happy to find this as a replacement. The design and the fire engine red is pure retro - very much like the one my mom had when I was a kid. While the body is plastic, it is nice and shiny and the design is a combo of art deco and retro 50's. I especially like the silver trim around the face. As to the accuracy, one review noted the hour hand did not align to the number when at the top of the hour. The hands on mine are perfectly aligned. The second hand on my old clock ticked off each second and you could hear the ticking - this one has more of a sweep motion and is silent (sweep meaning it probably has 20 movements per second rather than one on my old clock making it look like a smooth sweeping motion). I was a little disappointed, but after one day, I think I like the sweep motion on this much better (more like my mom's old electric clock). The face cover is very clear, but definitely a hard plastic. Good design, accurate time, nice color and very shiny. LOVE this clock.

I gave this product 1 star because I like the look of it and I like the sweeping second hand rather than the ticking kind. But that's about it. First off it's all plastic. One would think that for $67.00 + tax there would maybe be metal on the outer body but no. I guess that's the way of the world. But my biggest beef is that I'm constantly having to reset the time as it loses 17 minutes in a week. I have never had a clock in my whole life lose 17 minutes in a week. I keep fresh batteries in it at all times. Maybe this one is just a dud. But I am inclined to believe it is just cheaply made which certainly doesn't reflect itself with the price. I left it too late to send it back so I'll have to deal with it. But you can be guaranteed I'll never by anything that is manufactured by this company ever again.

Clocks that tick are a sensory overload. These are silent quartz. Nice quality. Keeps time exactly.

It is a really a really nice size and the numbers are easy to read. The second hand is great to have, and it is absolutely silent! It is for my kitchen and is the perfect sage colour. Though it is made of a good plastic, it looks like it is made of a heavy metal, but easy to pick up and to keep clean. My son knows antiques, and I fooled him at first glance! He loved it - it reminded me of an earlier time, and the numbers are easy to see from a distance! I absolutely didn’t want a dollar store cheap clock, and this was priced well!👍
