Not quite sure about these
The "massage' feature sounds nice, and it is to a degree, but I'm not sure it is really worth the price. It probably varies a lot between individuals how well they work, could well be great for some, but was so so for me. Also it is another piece to clean.

Uncomfortable
It was very pinchy and was uncomfortable to use. It could be that I ended up finding out later that I need a size 22mm flange so this could've been too large.

Do your nipples a favor and don't buy these!
The plastic made my nipples feel like they had carpet burn, and yes they are the correct flange size. Just awful.
