These are not easy to put on, the weights are overly bulky and they are far from comfortable. I would not recommend these at all

The strap got ripped

The adjustable ankle weights are exactly what I expected , I can use as much weight as I need , put on or remove depending on the workout I am doing . The material is very nice to skin, so I am satisfied with the purchase all together .
