Using Revlon since 20yrs , never experienced such defective products. When ordering from website it is absolutely perfect. Totally confused.

Product is not smooth and accumulation on lashes. Needs to be super sharpened. Should have been twist up at least for this price. I can’t use it. Can’t draw a sharp line
