Great set for the money.
This set is absolutely worth is the price! I was worried that the colors would not be opaque enough because the price was so low (as compared to Pearl Ex). I found that most of the colors are opaque and shimmer beautifully. I felt that swatches would be helpful to deciding if this would be worthwhile purchase. I used the pigments with gum arabic to create watercolors. (I cannot speak to light fastness.)I find that A770 is matte and rubs off easily.I would consider the following colors to be highly metallic: A702, A703, A716, A710, A714, A707, A786, A782, A783, A779 and A775.I consider the following pigments to be missing some opaqueness (but do have shimmer): A728, A776, A770, A724, and A768.The chameleon colors A789 and A787 are fantastic!Hope this helps.

Wow!!
This is well worth the $$, and with the discount it’s a fantastic deal. There is just about any color you could ever need (except no black). The space grey included, is very dark and what most brands are calling black. It’s more of a gunmetal grey and is gorgeous. I appreciate Arteza not calling it black like most others do. The packaging is nice, the outer box is sealed and the containers are also sealed. I wish I had purchased this first because a little goes a LONG way and this will last a very long time. I will definitely purchase this again!I would like to add, PLEASE weigh the product before you jump on and complain. The weight is spot on for every bottle I received!

A tapestry of beautiful color.
The packaging, the color selection, the ease of usage. As an artist I use this product in my acrylic paint..a little goes a long way. I'm still in the exploration phase.

Best on the market- my opinion
Best mica powders on the market in my opinion. Love all the colors, and there are so many beautiful ones to chose from. They mix well with everything I used, and quickly. It is magical in resin! Can be used as make up, looks so cool too. Light reflective, and brilliant. Can't say enough about these great powders. I do wish the caps had color indication tabs or a better way to see the colors while in the box. I like the sturdy storage box it comes in, but would like it to have built in risers to display them better. I have other mica powders some more expensive, and others less, but none work better than Arteza!

The product is perfect. Using it takes some experimentation as for each individual project.
I am super pleased with this product. The powder fluffs if mixed too vigorously which is discouraged in general. I love the 60 color set and the options it offers. My only minor suggestion is to put the color on the top of the bottle to easily decide the best choice for a specific pour. Too much table space is taken up by pulling them all out to analyze the true color. Otherwise a truly outstanding quality product I would highly recommend to any artist ranging from novice to expert. Thank you for the joy you brought me.

Nice
Ok I haven’t quite gotten a chance to use this product yet. I just received this package 20 minutes ago. My review is solely based on packaging and aesthetics.I developed a new found interest in resin crafting and in a YouTube video that I loved, this was the brand of Mica powder being used. I’m certain that I would love the outcome once I use it. So that’s not the issue. My Mica powders came packaged neatly. The colors are so beautiful! I chose this particular one because it came in jars rather than mini baggies like the other ones I’ve seen. I waited several weeks before I decided to purchase because of the price. $60 is a lot. I’ve read that it’s packaged by weight not volume, I get that, but really? There was a significant difference in several of the bottles I received. I’m curious if Arteza will be willing to replace the bottles that looks nearly empty. For the price I was hoping all the bottles would be full. But I’m happy with the overall aesthetics and I’m sure I’ll be happy with the product once I use it. Attaching a picture of some of the nearly empty bottles.

10/10 will buy again
These pigments are fantastic for making small batches of shiny watercolor paint for personal use! I made them by mixing the pigments with only some gum arabic powder and distilled water and they work really well. They're super shiny and I love working with them! These are a great starter set for anyone looking to get into paint making. Although I really wish these were sold as open stock, though. I can see myself using up some of these really quick.

Best mica I’ve used so far!!
The color of this is absolutely gorgeous! It is purple with some gorgeous oceany blue in it! It worked beautifully in my 2:1 epoxy. The particular epoxy in question had actually discolored multiple other cheaper mica powders and turned them an awful murky brown tinged version of themselves but this stayed SO true to color! I will DEFINITELY be purchasing again! Also, these powders are packaged by weight, not volume, as is stated on the bottle. So your container might not look full, but the weight was exact when I weighed it! And when I placed it back into the container it had actually fluffed up to fill the entire container, so remember it probably started out full and settled during shipping guys! Great great mica. Thank you Arteza!!
