Definitely the best braces I’ve owned. Iv been Really hard on my knees my entire life. Especially skiing 100+ days every year for pretty much 40 years. So they’re definitely not “stable”. Iv had both acl and mcl. I’m not in recovery mode so I can’t answer accurately in that regard but I will absolutely say that these provide excellent stability and comfort. Take your time fitting them and set the initial strap length (the strap that isn’t meant to be adjusted every time) a little short. Cuz the flanges that the everyday strap slides through needs to break in and bend a little for a week. So if you set em about 1” short, you won’t have to start all over. The other reason these braces kick ass is the protection/no slip/comfort. (Once they’re broken in). So don’t freak out right away. It takes about a week of pretty heavy use to really dial em in. After that, 100 mi dirt bike rides with a couple diggers, these offer fantastic protection and I forget I’m wearing em. So, set em up properly and be patient. I highly recommend these braces
