I am a visual person and was looking for a good way to journal my food and glucose numbers. I like that I can enter the data in the time it pertains to. This makes it easier to locate what my lunch was or where a snack was and the corresponding glucose number. The two columns work great because I put my food and exercise in one column and the glucose numbers in the other column. Makes it easy to identify what’s what. If I could change the book to make it fit my needs better, I’d make the book shorter (its length makes it harder to carry around with me) and I’d have the times go a bit later into the day. But these are minor “issues.” I will have no qualms buying this book again once my current book is full.

I like it a lot but I think it’s a little overpriced. I guess it’s okay since it’s been discontinued from Sally’s Beauty. There are a lot of schedulers out there but I like mine simple and old fashion. I cannot stand online scheduler. I wanna be able to talk to my customers and get a feel of what their wants and needs over the phone. I rated it 3 because people really want to find out what’s wrong with products but the only gripe I have with it is a couple of dollars. I am very excited to use it. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the product. Go buy it. You won’t regret it. I would by a few more of it if they sold it at $8

Beautiful and easy to read and write in. Just a bit longer then expected, hangs over on my counter to write on.
