Waist Trainer for Women, 3 in 1 Waist Thigh Trimmer and Weight Loss for Workout

So a friend of mine had a 2x/3x one and it was too big so I bought a l/XL based on measurements.. which is about the size I am XL. I bought this a few days ago.. .try to wear it daily.. .does have its upsides and downsides.UPSIDES: Comfortable when fits properly. Makes you SOMEWHAT sweat if youre up moving around. If you are stationary only a smidgen. Helps posture lolDOWNSIDES: IF you have a booty the "won't roll up" will NOT apply to you. It does roll up a little, but not as much as other waist trainers. IF you have thick thighs it fits tight. IF you have a lower belly then this will be the most useless article of clothing for that. It will not cover it. AT ALL. And then you look all jacked up with your upper waist all flat and cute looking but then this pooch. UGH! IF you have birthing hips (yall know what I am talking about now...lol) then they are bit uncomfortable on the hippage area...and leave indentions...If you wear it under fitted clothes you can see it, which I dont care...lol....if I wear it on top of clothes it wont stay latched on my thighs if I squat or make wide movements (like working out). I found I had to put it on AFTER unmentionables and THEN wear a faja that covered it (thighs and waist to ensure closure status stays situated..Dont need it flying open in public) THEN clothes that it would stay, I sweat a heck of a lot more (I mean 20 million layers to get it to stay and really sweat?! Really?? Who wouldn't) and it was somewhat comfortable (mainly because NOTHING was moving lol)...Whomever claims this is comfy to sleep in was probably a Average weight/shaped person (no offense but I am sure you dont have to worry about waking up with it half on-half off lol or feel like youre having a faceoff with a BOA). FLUFFY women.. yall better strap that thing on UNDER clothes and sleep.. but it isnt that comfortable with your thighs, waist, and tummy being compressed. I took it off 20 minutes into TRYING to get comfortable in bed. I am all for being cuddled in bed but the feeling as if I am being hugged by a Boa Constrictor...not so much.If you are looking for something that is going to hold in and flatten then if ya a big girl this isnt going to do that.. maybe a little... its not a faja.. but it will make you sweat and lose some inches if you can get past the frustrating bits.OVERALL... If the manufacturer would perhaps lengthen the torso length to accommodate individuals with longer torsos and those who might need that extra length for their pooch... us fluffy women... and worked on the closure mechanism so certain people can workout in it like advertised (because they do not work THAT great)... then I would probably give it a 5 star. And maybe perhaps work on your sizing.

This waist trainer was comfortable and super cute!! I could tell that out was working when I could attach the Velcro straps tighter and tighter. It looks good over your clothes as well.

I received my waist trainer September 14th. I went to the gym the first time was great really makes your inner thighs sweat & stomach which I loved... the second time I go to wear it the side part will not stay closed even if I made it somewhat loose it will pop open off and on during the whole workout pretty frustrating. I didn't even wash it yet so I can only imagine I think I will get again but a better quality one for Sure.

Great for working out! Helps with back support as well. I am happy with this product.

The Waist Thigh Trainer Women, 3 in1 High Waist-Thigh Trimmer Butt Lifter for Women is really cool. It is easy to wrap around your waist secured with velcro. I wear clothes in a size 5/6, so I ordered the small/medium and it's a snug fit. So, if you wear above a size six, you may want to consider ordering a larger size. I also appreciate the security of the velcro which allows me to adjust the section around my waist as tightly or loosely as needed which helps trim; another plus for the item is the breathable material. But be careful to keep the velcro attached to its counterparts when not in use; it will definitely cling to and snag other clothing. I'm really looking forward to a toner/firmer butt.

I have only work thia like 6 times but its comfortable and easy to use. I don't wear it outside the home but do use it when I workout and have worn it twice to bed. I unstrap the legs when using the restroom. Iys easynon easy off. I do connect the velcro when I wash to keep it from attaching to other clothing.

This product does not work. The material doesnt make you sweat like others I have tried and it is uncomfortable. Better off buying the leg peices and the waist peice seperate. This is my second review I deleted the first one because the seller asked me to and said they would give 20. dollars back I deleted the review and they never send my money. Beware this is a waste of money
