I was sceptical about this but ordered it to cool myself down at night either after too hot a shower or because of the impending menopause!I couldn't see how this could really make any difference but it actually does! It cools me down a lot faster than just laying there with the duvet off!I think the price is expensive for what it is but it's the usual, "every woman is going to need/want this at some point, so we can charge extra" 🙄The quality seems good and it should be easy wash on a 30° "gentle wash", we'll see! I would recommend it if you get hot and for hot summer nights. Although I won't be sharing as I only got the single size due to the price!)

This cooling blanket is a godsend. New medication has caused terrible night sweats and lost sleep. Buying this blanket has changed all that. Yes, it can slip around and if you put a cover over it it can slide off but the benefits outweigh any small problem. Waking up the first morning of using it was bliss. I slept well and woke dry and comfortable. If I do wake in the night I move slightly to the coolest part of the blanket and drift off again. Five stars just isn't enough.

This isn't going to counteract a heatwave, but it definitely has a nice cooling effect that may help you get to sleep at night. Relatively lightweight but good quality

I purchased this as I'm of a certain age and well we get hot!! Other half didn't believe it would work! Ha. The day I unpacked it, it was roasting. The cat took one look at it and hopped on and stayed there, chilling, for hours! I managed to use it that night and it was lovely, really does cool you down. Even though the temperature has dropped I keep it handy as its a godsend. If you get warm at night get this!!

I really love this blanket. I've had it for a year now and unfortunately I am having to think about ordering a new one. I've used it so much and de-bobbled it 3-4 times now but I don't think I can get away with it much longer.Unfortunately when it starts to bobble, it loses it's cooling quality but I've definitely had a good run with it and will absolutely order a new one

Nice blanket. Nothing magical about it. Comfortable, good weight. Cannot say it keeps me any cooler on the warm nights or makes any difference for that menopausal moment. Still gets kicked off when needed.

I suffer badly with the heat and the recent heatwave was tough. So I ordered this cool blanket and tried it for one night before the weather cooled again. It worked and kept me cool - in fact I got the odd shiver! So can recommend!

This certainly helped during the hotter nights for sleeping. When I didn't need the cooling, the other side was comfortable as well and gave more weight than a thin bed sheet.

This blanket is really a heavier sheet but it is super soft and cooling. Love it.
