It's worth the price. I'm 5' 7" 155 lbs. It claims to with stand 400 lbs. Not so sure about that? To me it seems like a big, heavy person may bend or even break the frame? The instructions aren't exactly the best either. I almost returned it because the instructions showed an extra major piece to the machine that I thought they left out. After just laying out all the pieces and separating them accordingly. It was fairly easy to assemble. I mainly used the picture of the machine and manual for some reference. The band attachments seem super cheap. So I just ordered my own bands. Over all for my weight and level of strength I think it's very ideal. For a pro or a big people. Not sure?

It seems semi sturdy, a little more light weight then I hoped for. Should only be used as a dip station the tension bands it came with- if you pull them the machine moves.You get what you pay for though.... my husband is happy but I think we will be replacing soon with something a little heavier

Great product. Sturdy, can do all the things i want plus more and the foot print is smaller than i expected. Not the first one i bought and one of many I’ve used. I’d buy it again.

Great product. I have used this often since purchased to do pull ups and leg lifts. The bench is nice too, though not full sized. The handles for dips are not very sturdy, however. I can use them to do dips, but my boyfriend, who weighs 200 lbs, cannot for fear of damaging the tower or breaking the handles.

This set up is pretty good, but the bench is WAY too small. I do not recommend this bench for anyone over 5 feet!! Everything else seems solid.

Like it, easy to put together and sturdy. Idk what certain things it comes with are used for...it did not come with instructions so you'll either have to YouTube it or use ur noggin

Assembly was pretty straight forward, some of the pictures didnt quite match but all the pieces were in the box and was easy to figure out the discrepancies. Very stable when built. Padding material gets a 3/5 but we'll seee how it holds up. Worth the money.

The quality is pretty decent. Cannot be compared to the commercial ones at the gym, but sufficient for home use. I probably won’t recommend to serious body builders as I don’t think it can support super heavy weights. For the price, I would say it’s a great buy. Looks nice.
