I really feels like a hand working the tight musclesOn my shoulders It is really hard to massage that area yourself and expensive to get a regular massage which only offered a temporary solution. My physical therapist suggest this product. I am 5ft 2 inches so the massager is rather large on me but, I have been able to adapt it to work the areas needed. The wide hand straps really help to move it into the desired location and keep it there. This massager not only works on the neck, shoulder and back, but can work on tight thigh and upper arm muscles. I have only been using it for a few days but already I find I am taking fewer pain meds. In the right location, it really feels like a hand working the tight muscles. I am hoping that with longer use, my neck and shoulder issues improve even more. If you have a small frame or are on the thin side, like me, take care not to use it too long at one time as you can make the area rather tender. I found it works best when I use it for 10 mins, rest for 1/2 hour and use it again. That also gives your muscles time to relax in between. Recommend it .

Omg,this thing really works and gives deep tissue and lighter massage. I have degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia, and this device is a slice of heaven. It really helps. I highly recommend it. I am very satisfied,it definitely helps to get my deep tissue knots put and relieves pain. Also, I can put the device anywhere it hurts. For my neck down my side,my back,my legs and my arm,etc... Just awesome. This is the longest review I ever wrote.

Couldn't wait to get this and use it for my neck/shoulders and upper back (serious issues). It came EARLY and let me tell you....this is AMAZING and I love it....I absolutely love it!!!!!

This kneads very very well and the heat is really nice. I like the three speeds but wish it were three intensity levels or three positions (two rotors closer and further apart) instead. I also wish the buttons were lit or has some way of knowing if they were depressed or not. It is pretty hard to get in a comfortable position with this. It either hurts or I’m bending forward and my arms aren’t comfortable trying to hold it in a certain place. Overall I would buy this again. The price is worth a one time use of kneading out a knot, in my opinion. Especially compared to massage prices and the price of massage pads and chairs. I think I’ll use it a lot despite the awkward positioning. Also, this came with a car adapter. I would not use this in a car but if you are a passenger that gets tight on long trips this would be really nice to have.

I have major shoulder and neck tension, pain, weakness, etc. I used this right out of the box and wow is it amazing!!! I'm sure my husband will be stoked too- he won't have to massage out knots anymore! Definitely worth the $$

Got this after a neighbor recommended it. Easy to use, pretty quick pain reliever. Fairly easy to move up and down your back. Used it for stiff neck headache and was pleased with the results. Still learning all it can do.

If you are very sensitive to pressure it may be a little rough. You control the pressure but the rolls do a great job if you want a deep tissue message. I like it a lot and would suggest it for others if you can handle any unit with the rollers.

Great to really attack that deep muscle, joint and tissue pain from stress, tension, chronic pain, after a workout and more. The optional heat is AWESOME. The Shiatsu offers pain relief, on demand, for less than the cost of one massage, spa treatment or acupuncture. It’s a WINNER!
