I started taking this because I was trying to find ways to help my asthma. I read that aloe and turmeric would be helpful with inflammatory issues. Since I am an autoimmune mess (Celiac, asthma, and Lupus) I would so just about anything to cut down on inflammation and pain. So I tried this. So far it’s been a little over a month and I am starting to think that maybe I can get off of the steroids soon for my Lupus and my asthma has been better through the day. Plus I went from 156 lbs to today 142 lbs! I don’t know exactly why and I have a hard time believing it’s all inflammation weight but it has been very helpful on my joints and swelling. It does seem to curb my appetite but I am a stressor so that doesn’t always make me eat either. Going to keep taking it either way as it is helping my body.

I don't like to take NSAIDS. My doctor recommended turmeric to reduce arthritic inflammation in my knee. I researched several products and stumbled across Zella Health Turmeric and Ginger. Really liked the potency for the price and especially like that it also contains 100 mg of Curcumin. I've noticed that if I follow the directions (2 capsules upon waking on an empty stomach) I really feel a difference. The weight loss ingredients are an added bonus. I'm going to buy 3 more bottles right away at this price.

I use the pills daily and got after taking apple cider pills while drinking turmeric. I also don’t like ginger and the pill made it easier to consume as I know ginger has health benefits. Not sure if this helped with any pain? Did noticed pain I usually have was not as bad but not sure just yet if I can contribute to this product? Had no problems and just ordered another bottle.

I really like this turmeric and ginger blend, it’s my second bottle and I don’t feel any pain at all, I had Covid-19.. I bought it to help me with headaches and other mild symptoms. So far so good I recommend this product. I just take one pill per day, I guess in my case don’t need to take more.

Easy to swallow, great price, I’ve been taking it for a few days only but I feel good and so far nothing wrong with it 😊👍
