Great when paired with Glycerol
I paired this with some "HiMedia GRM081-1L Glycerol, Purified, 1 L" to create an exothermic reaction in order to ignite some magnesium, that would go on to ignite some thermite. My grandson is 16 so we do the really fun chemistry stuff now and he was shocked and amazed that a purple powder mixed with sugar can light itself on fire.

Unexpected bushcraft purchase.
I understand this product is used for injuries, but did you know mixing this with sugar and grinding them together will start a fire? Neither did I, until I saw a few bushcraft videos with them in it. Ever since I started working on my firepit in my home, I've been looking for ways to avoid using a fuel so my son cant be in danger. This is a way to do it. Buying a thing that serves more than one purpose is always a good thing, right?
