I ordered this batting to replace some old batting on my ottoman. I followed their instructions and wet the batting and dried it under low heat, and it returned to full thickness. I would purchase this again if the need arises.

I have purchased this twice. The first purchase it sat for a month before use; thus maybe it had time to grow to 1.25 inches. It worked lovely and is shown in the pic above under the cornice.I have a second cornice to match the first and ordered a second batch as I used the entire roll on the first cornice by doing the back of the cornice as well to make the back look nice through the window. The second batch didn’t act like the first and immediately expand upon opening. The first batch grew so quickly that it was hard to remove from its bag. This batch is still sitting all skinny, but it’s only been setting for 30 minutes and am hopeful that it expands like the first batch did. This time I left it in the bag until ready to use as the expanded batting took up too much space in the room awaiting use. Will update whether or not this one expands. I am worried that I may have received the wrong thickness.

Product wasn’t wat I thought

I unpacked this when it first arrived. It took a day to fully expand. Exactly the prodect I wanted to fill the chair pads I'm making.

Used this product to wrap the bottom cushions of my patio chairs. Thumbs up!
