Started to germinate in 6 days.
I dethatched my lawn and overseeded at a rate of 3lbs per 1000 feet (I wish I went heavier, maybe 5 lbs per 1000) then spread about a 1/4 inch layer of peat moss over the seed. Finally I sprayed the area with mesotrione. Watering only once a day very briefly (I'm under heavy restrictions due to drought) and relying on rain. The seed started to germinate within 6 days. So far I'm happy with the results as I've used the same process in the past and haven't had such positive results. I included the label so others can see the breakdown of cultivars included with the bag as of 9/22. I wasn't able to find the analysis before purchasing and Im sure some will find it helpful. I'll update the review if things start to turn for the worse.

It's growing great!
You can't plant in July...yeah right, with this stuff you can, and it's exactly what we did. It's been a month and it's growing great.

Very few sprouts and nothing grew.
Disappointing. Used on the north side of my house in northern Mississippi. Planted in the spring but died out before summer. Waste of my money on this one.

Grows fast no weeds green and thick
I overseeded my lawn this fall. I cut it short, thatched, aerated then used this seed with some Scotts starter fertilizer. At first I didn't think it was working but it grows fast and is very thick and dark green.

Unbelievable Waste of Money
This product is an example of why Amazon should come up with a zero star rating. None of the seeds germinated, NONE. You would be better off shredding dollar bills and sprinkling them on your lawn, at least they are green.

Annual rye grass WHAT THE HECK!
It contains annual rye grass for an athletic field which is totally not common. They shipped it without a mailing box.
