This is a GO!!!! I love this company. And for the price is definitely a plus. This waist trainer does exactly what I needed. I have noticed a major difference in my back and tummy. My back rolls went down so much and bra strap rolls. Within a month I have to order another one 1 size smaller because mine is becoming to big to train in. The material is excellent does not make me itchy and it in smooth and comfortable.. just wear it around the house and do the extra mile as you're cooking.. squat baby. The material would warm you up and you won't notice the sweat until you take the trainer off. I swear you will work up a sweat.. so imagine if you really excercise. You wont regret purchasing this product guys. Its 2021 now. Get right get tight. To go down over 5 inches in 2 weeks and not have the reason of "water weight" is fantastic. When consistency this really does have an effect with a clean diet. So this company specifically is a yes for me!!!!! I have a before I started. 3 and half weeks into and now in January!! Avoiding high carbs and minimal exercise and not eating after 7:30. You can do it

Looking for a good trainer to help you loose some weight this product is really good. It helps you sweat an it holds you in check out my pictures before I put the trainer on an after I put it on. It brought me in 3ins. I do recommend this product also get a size bigger then your normal size because it is true to size. When you wear a trainer you want it to fit an be comfortable. I got mine as a Large and it fits like a medium but it wasn’t uncomfortable so yes put this in your cart and buy you won’t be disappointed I promise

Hello,I am amazed at this shapewear I was doubting that it will cause me to sweat. And I did put it on immediately I felt support in my back I have scoliosis in my lumbar and in between my shoulder blades. This brings great back support and I’m also weight training. Just wearing it for A few minutes I felt Heat. I am very shocked that this thing is causing me to feel heat and I haven’t even exercised yet but I can tell that it’s going to make me sweat my skin is warm while supporting my spine. I had ordered a L/xL which is the size shirts that I wear and it fits. It is very flexible maybe I could of gotten another size smaller because it isn’t as lose like it was on Christmas Eve. Will order again.

This product is really good for the price. I love that I instantly felt back support and that it firmly fits under the bust. I also love that it's long enough to cover that lower abdominal area (the "mommy pouch"/ "fupa") that many others do not cover and leaves you looking like a chunk of sausage leaking out its case. This covers that area with the main zipper part which has a hook closure under the bust to prevent unzipping. What I would've changed about it, is the flexibility of the velcro topper/cincher part because that part is sewn in at the waist and doesn't stretch to cover the "mom pouch" to be more tightened/firm, however this IS a *waist trainer* and will be firm around the waist but if paired with tummy control leggings you will have an over-all support of waist and lower abdominal pouches that need to also be "heated up" for losing weight. I would still recommend because for people with herniated discs like me, the back support alone feels great and comfortable, so I know with consistency the back fat around the bra area will decrease while assisting with better posture.

I'm not used to these things not being horrible, tbh. I've been wearing neoprene for a while for weight loss goals, which obviously haven't worked if I'm still wearing them, but let's face it, it's all water weight you lose. The point of these is more sweat/you feel successful/motivation/actual work/weightloss. It's a placebo affect that works, and one I bank on. The tightness of corsets, though, is never something I've been able to handle, so when I bought this I expected to love it for a week and then put it in the closet never to see again.It's actually comfortable, though?I wear it under crop tops and there's no discomfort at all. It's something that gets me more catcalls than I'm comfortable with, but after covid, when everyone is overweight from being trapped at home, I guess it makes me the new 'hot'?Y'all need higher standards.

I've purchased 3 trainers from this brand so far, and they have not disappointed me. This is the most recent purchase, and I must say it is of excellent quality for a low price. It is long enough to cover my entire torso and provides optimal support. I wear it throughout the day and with workouts without issues. It can be uncomfortable by the end of the day, but I don't think any trainer that works is comfortable. It is not too visible under the right clothing (nothing too form-fitting). Overall, it has me snatched, and I will order another when I go down a size. I purchased XL, and I normally wear between XL and 1X in shirts. Perfect fit!
