They replied within a few hours with trouble shooting pics and instructions. I following the pics and instructions and the problem was resolved. The lights are bright with options to reduce the brightness. The remote works but the DIY options needed a little figuring out but once that was done we were able to do now new light colours. This will definitely brighten up a space and children will love it.

Excellent customer service. One of the rolls was not lighting up and I sent customer service an email with a video. They replied within a few hours with trouble shooting pics and instructions. I following the pics and instructions and the problem was resolved. The lights are bright with options to reduce the brightness. The remote works but the DIY options needed a little figuring out but once that was done we were able to do now new light colours. This will definitely brighten up a space and children will love it.
