PommeryMustard Meaux Moutarde in Pottery Crock with Figs

Fig mustard can often just taste like jam because the balance of mustard to fig (sweet fruit) is too heavily weighted to the figs. This brand has just the right mix -- you know you're tasting mustard and yet you get a hit of sweet as well. Recommend.

This brand is awesome sauce. The regular version is amazing. The fig was no let down.

I generally love the Pommery mustards but this mustard with figs, which sounds great, was unremarkable and even a little bitter. Also, the container was so small you'd think they were selling perfume.

This mustard is wonderful with sliced salami and cheese. The figs provide a nice sweetness. There is no bitterness. I do with I could buy it in larger jars.
