This pillow was recommended by my acupuncture doctor, due to COVID-19, the doctor office is closed. I have a neck pain and a shoulder pain for a few months. It's getting worse recently, so I ordered this pillow asap. After I received the pillow, I try it for 3 days and come back for the comment, I don't do comments normally. But this pillow is amazing, it helped my neck, shoulder and my cervical spine, the material is not too soft or too hard, it can adjust your sleeping position and the memory form can rebound to original shape in a few seconds. It really relaxed my shoulder muscles, and my cervical spine felt relief. It improved my sleep quality for this 3 days. Compared to my old pillow, this pillow is much better for my neck, I think I will change all my pillow to this one. Sleep well can give me a full day energy. It's worth for the $30!!

Comfortable and it really help with my neck pain.

I ordered this for my husband -- he experiences problems sleeping + occasional pain & swelling upon awakening related to damage to several vertebrae and spinal nerves sustained in a fall years ago. His go-to pillow (found after a lot of trial & error) is now in terrible shape but he refuses to part with it...When I saw this, I thought it might work for him, since it can used in several different positions & is supposed to help keep the cervical spine aligned. He's been using it for the past several days and says it will take some getting used to, but it seems to be helping. He finds the shallow side to be the most comfortable and the firmness is just about right. He did not get too hot, which sometimes happens with memory foam. He likes this enough that he also uses it for lumbar support when he is watching TV in the evenings in his favorite recliner.The pillow is larger than I expected, and is fairly heavy. It unfolded easily when removed from the package and expanded fully within an hour or so. I didn't notice any unpleasant scent, but I did leave it outside for an afternoon to release any volatile compounds, just in case. The removable outer cover is thick and soft and I like the fact that the zipper is very well hidden; the head of the zipper is tucked into a loop of elastic which is a little difficult to extract, but definitely cuts down on potential scratches. It fits inside of a standard pillow case (although of course it doesn't fill it out or really look much like a standard pillow). This pillow seems to be well made and very reasonably priced and there is a lifetime warranty, which is a definite plus.

I absolutely love this pillow. I've been getting some absolutely wonderful sleep on it.To be fair, it seems kind of polarizing. I've had a bunch of other people try it; some loved it, some really weren't impressed by it. So in the end it's all probably going to come down to personal preference. But here's why I love it.I like memory foam but my old pillow was about twice as thick which really cranked my neck up.All the materials feel high quality and clean.The shape is so comfortable. The neck feels more comfortable and there's a nice gentle pressure on your shoulders like you're wearing a neck pillow. But this also means that the ideal position for this pillow is sleeping on your back. I did that for the first couple weeks and then went back to my usual side sleeping position. It's still very comfortable but I feel like I'm not getting the "full potential" of this pillow all the time.The included sleep mask is nice. I already owned one that I preferred but if you don't have one this is a great little bonus. With so many electronics covered in tiny LEDs your bedroom might be a little bright. It's nice to black that out and the sleep mask creates a relaxing pressure on the face that helps lull my mind to sleep.

The pillow can be flipped in multiple directions to suit your sleep needs. If you're a back sleeper the best position is using it with the thick side with the dip in the middle for your neck. Side sleepers use the same side but sleep farther to the left or right where it's thicker, and for tummy sleepers use the thinner side. It helps to perfectly align the spine and I find that a deeper more comfortable sleep is achieved. The construction of the pillow makes it to where you don't need to refluff in the night to stay comfortable but maintains its shape throughout the night. I think I may have lost this pillow to my husband though. I'm currently pregnant and require a bit more height and support while I'm sleeping, heartburn and all. He had taken to using this pillow and seems to fall asleep faster and wakes up feeling more refreshed. Guess I'll be buying another.

Arrives in retail zipper bag.Inside you'll find the rolled up pillow and a bonus night mask.I let the pillow sit out for 2 days before using.Found a nice pillow case and inserted the pillow.I didn't find that my pillow had any smells. So that's good.The overall construction of the pillow is amazing.Very nice stitching and materials.The memory foam gives the pillow a bit of weight.But i feel that keeps it in place while i'm sleeping.The contouring shapes are great for my neck and shoulders.Over the past 2 years I've been using a water pillow my doctor recommended.That pillow you need to follow the directions to get it set up correctly.I like this pillow due to their being no real setup.It's very comfortable and firm.I'm also enjoying the night mask, as i work nights and need to keep the daylight out of my room.Also love the lifetime warranty.

I love it I normally sleep under my pillow until this one. Great for my neck!

I have just received the order, so far used one night seems decent, has good firmness, not too soft or hard, more on the firmer side, will see how it works out, hopefully will help with my neck pain

I wasn’t sure how comfortable it would be but I really like it. I like that it helps keep my neck aligned. I was having neck pain which was part of why I got this and it is helping. There was an eye mask included which was a nice touch.

Helped me relieve my neck pains after I had been straining my neck trying out various regular pillows, such as of cotton; of feathers; or of polyester-cotton blends. I’m back to having an easier time falling asleep!

Works good for neck and shoulder pain. Won’t go back to my old pillow.
