Looks like they have gone bad
Out of the 8 ordered , 6 look like the photo pictured. Many caps have black rings / yellow coloring on the foam insert at the top.

Poor packaging
The above picture is how I received the package. You could not tell from the packaging It was empty and full of mold. Was given as a gift that went horribly bad
