Econoco Adjustable Double Bar Clothing Rack, Chrome, 60in Hangrail

I was jumping in the air even before I assembled this easy to fix unit. It is so strong !!! I guess because it's for commercial use. I buy stuff from thrift stores so I can easily come home with a couple of dozen suits, dresses etc and then have to struggle to find storage. Well I added the extra hanging double hangrail that in five feet of linear space the unit gives me about 20 feet of hanging space ( for shorter length garments). Added to that I bought the extension double hangrails ( two at five feet each) which connect between the first and second garment racks. That's another ten feet of space. My only complaint is that the unit comes in two boxes which apparently Amazon doesn't notice so I'm missing the hangrails that come with the unit .. Manufacturer will send the missing pieces. Maybe I should buy two more?

This is an amazingly solid clothes rack. I compared several before buying this one and it seems to be the largest and best made. Assembly is fairly easy, be careful about cross threading the bolts. We are using a spare bedroom as a closet and this rack will hold quite a lot of things easily. It comes in two packages (bars, frame) and I had quite a bit of trouble getting the frame shipped, I kept receiving sets of bars.

This product is worth the price. Very sturdy! I tried to find something sturdy to use for all my dry cleaning & closet needs. I’m glad I went with this product! The only negative is it was difficult to assemble! I thought I was missing parts because the pictures in the instructions looked different than the picture on Amazon. I ended up comparing the pictures on Amazon to put it together! All and all I’m glad I bought it.

Let’s start by saying this is the 5th similar rack I've bought and is one of 2 I still have. 2 broke, 1 wasn’t big enough. This is very sturdy! I’ve had it a few months now and share it with a 4 and a 7 year old... kids are rough on EVERYTHING, and I probably have it a bit overloaded considering you probably can’t squeeze any more on it if you tried... and it’s holding up! It was quite easy to assemble too considering I got impatient and built it by myself (with the “assistance” of the aforementioned toddlers... which parents know means I made the job at least twice as hard by accepting the “help”) while my husband was at work. It does not have wheels and doesn’t move “easily”... I personally like that it doesn’t have wheels because I keep it on hardwood floors and don’t want it moving around the room when toddlers are dangling from it or whatever dangerous thing they’re doing that day. The ONLY complaint I have is: adjusting the height of the bars, after assembly, is a two person job and the other person has to be about grown up size, both sides have to be lifted at the same time... don’t bother trying, you’ll go crazy, ask for help... if that’s impossible for you, make sure you know how tall you want it before you assemble it. But yeah... 10/10 would recommend if this is the style you’re looking for

I purchased this for personal use for a project I undertook for my wife. I cleaned her closet and another room that is used as her second, walk in closet. She has a lot of clothes, and quite frankly, the racks that are for consumer use are not strong enough, and would buckle under any real stress. This rack fit the bill perfectly. I was skeptical... How can Amazon sell this? Ship this? Well, when I got the package, it was damaged, and a few screws were missing. I do not fault Amazon for this, probably the manufacture. They could have packaged the rack components better given their weight and size. So, once opened, the screws missing where not anything I could not replace with what was in my garage, not a big deal at all. The rack was extremely easy to assemble, and I was not aware that it raises and lowers, so that was a nice bonus. Once the rack was in place, raised at one of the higher levels, I started hanging her garments, six to one hangers, (using one of many found here on Amazon). The amount of clothing that fit on this rack is nothing shy of amazing. Granted, this is probably for display purposes, so you would not want to "pack' clothes on there, but if you happen to use it for personal use, using the 6 to 1 hangers the garments that fit on this are in the hundreds. I am VERY pleased with this purchase.

this was very easy to put together, all pieces came with the box. I was able to get an entire closet of clothes on the rack. I look forward to ordering again in the future. The design is great, light weight yet sturdy and able to hold more items that I thought. This doesn't take up a lot of room.

This was the very best clothing rack I've purchased. It is strong and sturdy. Is what you would see in a retail establishment you're so much better than the for home racks I bought in the past. The only drawback is it's not a wheels and you can't push it to move. The pick a place you wanted to be and you will love it.

It is BIG! It is STRONG! It Is NICE! I would recommend anyone and everyone who is wants a clothing rack, to STRONGLY consider buying this one. You won't regret it!
