Great for the whole family
I got this for my sons online schooling. It's great to watch movies on too. So we all get use out of it. It doesn't work well with screen pens though. Overall good item.

worked 6 months
Bought for my granddaughter. Worked for 6 months Suddenly wont turn on. Went through trouble shooting with Acer rep. Unit is Bricked. Now trying to get money back and vendor not responding to Amazon for 3 days. Beware of this unit and maybe buy 3rd party warrantee.

If you’re in it for mainly touchscreen keep shopping
It’s okay. But I don’t like the touch screen at all. You have to press hard to get the page to move up and down, and if you want to drag an item you have to hold and press down hard. I bought this for my child for homeschool so it frustrating that the touchscreen isn’t very easy to use, especially for a child with small hands. It is a good laptop but a crappy touchscreen.

The computer stop working , so pissed I won’t but computer in Amazon again

Several chromebooks purchased this one is the best
Touchscreen is awesome. We use it for 4th grade remote learning. No issues setting it up and it has done well all semester. Connected easily to an external monitor mouse and keyboard. Our family is very pleased
